Job Title:Assistant Site Manager\nLocation:Coventry\n\nThorn Baker has teamed up with one of the UK's most successful house builders as they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team. Committed to the highest standards of design, construction, and service this is an opportunity to work with an incredibly successful company with over fifty years' experience across the UK.\n\nWhat's in it for you:\n\n£25 - £25.50 per hour\nImmediate start\nDuration - 3 months with potential to move to another job in Coventry long term\nYour Responsibilities:\n\nManage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.\nManage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.\nEnsure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.\nIdentify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.\nProactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.\nRequired Skills:\n\nExperience within traditional house building industry.\nSMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work.\nRelevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership \nFull UK Driving License\nFor more information on the role please contact Chloeat Thorn Baker on(phone number removed) or email:\n\nTCH01
