We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a developer on a busy residential development in Brighton . This is a freelance position.

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully. The Assistant Site Manager will be supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager on site and taking plots from 1st fix to completion.

Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager:

* Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion * Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site * Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard * Ensuring H&S compliance across the site * Maintaining quality control and ensuring snagging is dealt with efficiently Requirements for Assistant Site Manager * Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer * Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover * Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site * Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid What's on Offer * Long term freelance contract with a day rate of £230 - £260 * Opportunity xehkeey to work with a respected PLC * Long term project with strong pipeline of work If you're an ambitious Assistant Site Manager with a track record of delivering quality homes through to completion, we'd love to hear from you If you want to hear more about this Assistant Site Manager role please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Lewis
