Assistant site manager - Brighton

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a developer on a busy residential development in Brighton . This is a freelance position.
The Assistant Site Manager will be supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager on site and taking plots from 1st fix to completion.
Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager:
* Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion * Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site * Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard * Ensuring H&S compliance across the site * Maintaining quality control and ensuring snagging is dealt with efficiently Requirements for Assistant Site Manager * Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer * Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover * Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site * Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid What's on Offer * Long term freelance contract with a day rate of £230 - £260 * Opportunity to work with a respected PLC * Long term project with strong pipeline of work
