JDR Recruitment are recruiting for an Assistant Shipping Manager to join our client based in Bromborough CH62.
This is a permanent job vacancy.
As the assistant shipping manager you will be supporting the logistics manager with shipping activities across the business. We're looking for a proactive Assistant Shipping Manager to support the logistics operations, ensuring seamless international shipping, compliance, and team coordination.
Salary:
up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience

The Role / Responsibilities:
Shipment Coordination – Manage end-to-end freight logistics (air, sea, road), liaising with carriers to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries. Supervise and train a packing team, optimising workflows and maintaining quality standards. Prepare shipping docs (invoices, packing lists, customs forms) and ensure adherence to international trade regulations.
