- Provide excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Vehicle Technicians with supervisory experience, or the confidence and knowledge to step into the role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
