Award-winning Estate Agent seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Loughton on a circa £25k base and £50k OTE.

They are looking for either an experienced Senior Sales Neg to step up, or an Assistant Manager looking for a change.

Someone with experience in the Loughton market is highly desirable, and someone who can list, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department
• Assist in motivating, mentoring and developing Sales Negotiators
• Generate new business opportunities including valuations and instructions
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants
• Ensure high levels of customer service and professional standards are maintained
• Work towards and exceed office sales targets and KPIs
• Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
• Represent the brand within the local property market

Package

• Circa £25k base
• OTE circa £50k plus
• Own car is required
• 5 day working week
• Career progression within a highly respected estate agency
