The Person

The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have the following

Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm and confident presence
Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a fine dining or multi-rosette setting
Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team under pressure
Strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage service
Exceptional attention to detail and service flow
Professional communication and calm problem-solving
A true passion for hospitality, teamwork and personal growth
