Our client is a highly acclaimed gastropub with charming rooms, nestled in a picturesque village in Oxfordshire. As part of a prestigious and expanding group celebrated for its farm-to-fork philosophy, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of their dedicated team of 16.
To be suitable for this role, you must be able to drive and have your own mode of transport.

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager
Assisting and supporting the General Manager with all restaurant operations
Assigning duties to the team and observing their performance to ensure it aligns with the restaurants established procedures
Leading, managing and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless service
Helping the General Manager resolve any guest complaints and implement the restaurants service recovery process
Providing outstanding training and development for the front-of-house team

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service for up to 55 covers, inspiring the team as they strive for Michelin Star recognition.
