We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in London.

The Role As Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will support the General Manager and senior leadership team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You will be hands-on during service, lead from the front, and play a key role in developing the team, maintaining standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
You will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management and will be trusted to oversee multiple sections of the restaurant during service.

Key Responsibilities Support the GM and AGM in the smooth daily operation of the restaurant

Lead, motivate and develop the FOH team through coaching, training and feedback

Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction at all times

Conduct daily briefings, service updates and knowledge checks

Oversee team attendance, grooming standards and rota support

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and proactively

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and mise en place

Complete daily reporting and contribute to weekly and monthly performance reviews

Support training plans, service tests and team development initiatives

About You Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager , Floor Manager or similar role in a high-quality restaurant

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, service-led approach

Confident managing busy services and multiple sections

Passionate about people development and guest experience

Organised, proactive and calm under pressure

Excellent communication and attention to detail

A genuine interest in food, hospitality and service excellence
