Position: AssistantRestaurantManager
Employer: Prestigious Indian Restaurant
Location: Edinburgh
Gross Salary package : circa £34,000 (incl. share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus) **
Weekly working hours / days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Your role covers a ssisting in a variety of duties and tasks for the smooth and efficient running of front of house operation to standards and objectives of the businessincluding administrative, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with position. Main function is to implement delivering polished customer experience that befits a prestige upscale restaurant
To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements:
Eligibility to live and work in UK
Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role
Personal alcohol licence
Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
Computer literacy
Sound financial + business acumen
Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
