What's involved?
The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the performance and service delivery across the Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will:
Be able to commit for the full assignment
Have experienced supporting the management team wit rotas, training and much more
Be operational and manage the restaurant floor
Work weekends
