Responsibilities:
Supervise and train reception staff to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
