We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and support the Restaurant General Manager with the food and beverage department and contribute to the continued development of the restaurant within the luxury market.
Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Heaad Chef, the successful candidate will play a key role in operational leadership, team development, and delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience. The role: Lead the food and beverage department, ensuring high operational standards

Oversee daily restaurant operations, acting as Duty Manager when required

Deliver a consistently high standard of guest experience

Support the ongoing development of the restaurant

About you: Demonstrated interest and experience in food and beverage operations

experienced in Rosette enviroment
Proven experience managing and developing teams

Strong communication and organisational skills
