About the position
Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
Oversee the training and development of the team
Lead by example with a 5 star service
Support the Restaurant General Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant
The successful candidate
Must have experience working in hotels or fine dining restaurants
Previous experience working in a high end restaurant
A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
A team player with excellent communication skills
