An expanding, independent Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a team-focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor who would be eager to see more projects throughout their project life cycle, and undertake a client facing role. The Assistant Quantity Surveyors Role Based from the consultancys London office, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work across a varied portfolio of projects including heritage, residential, school, and commercial buildings across the UK. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall work on projects up to £15m, carrying out pre and post contract tasks from feasibility right through to completion. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or similar 2+ years quantity surveying experience Cost planning and tendering experience Contract administration experience is a bonus Client facing / Strong communication skills Worked for a Cost Management / Cost consultancy practice In Return? £35,000 - £45,000 Pension APC fees and professional membership costs Private medical insurance
