The Role:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the project team in managing all aspects of cost and contract management throughout the construction lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documents

Supporting the management of subcontractor packages and procurement

*

Monitoring project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting

*

Ensuring accurate and timely submissions of valuations and final accounts

*

Working closely with site and commercial teams to ensure project delivery within budget

What We’re Looking For:
