Role Overview

This is an office-based role located in North London, with occasional site visits to projects in Central London. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial team on high-value residential projects. Working closely with senior surveyors, you’ll assist in managing budgets, procurement, and contract administration, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing cost plans, budgets, and progress reports

Support tendering and subcontractor procurement processes

Monitor and record project costs, valuations, and payments

Maintain accurate contract documentation and correspondence

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients under senior guidance

Help resolve commercial queries and ensure contract compliance

Support risk management and cost control initiatives
