Assistant Contract Surveyor - Major Residential Developer Location: Cambridge Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of project costs and cash flow, ensuring accurate reporting and financial forecasting Support procurement activities, including the preparation and issue of subcontractor orders in line with programme and budget requirements Work collaboratively with Technical and Production teams to identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities within designs and work packages Assist in the management of subcontractor accounts, including valuations, re-measurements, variations, and timely payments Prepare detailed cost valuations and financial reports, supporting the agreement of final accounts Contribute to value engineering processes to identify cost-saving opport...
