The company delivers residential and commercial refurbishment, new build, and fit-out projects across the South, with values up to £4.5M . Due to continued success, they are now looking for a motivated individual to support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Director across a range of projects. They are open to applications from Trainee Quantity Surveyors with at least 12 months experience, as well as Assistant Quantity Surveyors who are seeking their next step. Responsibilities Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing project costs and identifying savings. Assist in maintaining control of variations, recording, pricing, and tracking their impact on final accounts. Work with subcontractors and packages, including preparation of valuations and final accounts. Contribute to monthly job cost analysis and reporting.
