Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support a long-term programme of external and energy-efficiency works across scattered residential properties.\n\nScope of Works\n\n * External Wall Insulation (EWI)\n\n * Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)\n\n * Window replacements\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Assisting with the commercial management of planned maintenance projects\n\n * Supporting the preparation of cost reports, forecasts, and valuations\n\n * Assisting with subcontractor procurement and account management\n\n * Helping manage variations and change control\n\n * Supporting the preparation of final accounts\n\n * Working closely with site teams and senior commercial staff\n\n * Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation\n\nAbout You\n\n * Previous experience in a commercial or Assistant Quantity Surveyor role (planned maintenance, refurbishment, or social housing preferred)\n\n * Knowledge or interest in EWI, IWI, façade, or window replacement works\n\n * Understanding of JCT contracts (or willingness to develop this knowledge)\n\n * Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills\n\n * Ability to manage workloads across multiple sites\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Competitive salary (depending on experience)\n\n * Car allowance\n\n * Fuel card\n\n * Long-term, stable work with a respected contractor\n\n * Support, training, and career progression to Quantity Surveyor level
