The Opportunity I'm working with a specialist London consultancy offering one of the most unique entry-level roles in the market right now. This is an Assistant Quantity Surveyor position with a clear focus on Development Monitoring (often referred to as Fund Monitoring or Project Monitoring), giving you early exposure to how major schemes are financed, assessed, and delivered. If you're looking for a standard graduate scheme, this isn't it. If you want real responsibility, direct project exposure, to earn more and to learn faster than your peer group — this is exactly that. Why This Role Is Different You won't be stuck doing take-offs for two years. From day one, you'll be involved in live development monitoring instructions - working with lenders, understanding risk, and seeing how large-scale projects are structured financially. As your experience grows, you'll take on Quantity Surveying responsibilities alongside this, building a genuinely valuable dual skillset.
