Assistant Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineering / Construction c£30k - £40k (Dependent on Experience) Possible Car Allowance Pension Scheme North West Based Sites Only

The Company Established for 50 years this company is a £50m turnover Civil Engineering Contractor, who work on projects throughout the North West, from Preston down to Stoke, with a high percentage in the Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington areas. They provide specialist groundwork packages of work covering all aspects of foundations and roads & sewers. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role Focusing on civil engineering related subcontract packages, predominantly for residential housing projects, you will be form part of an established team responsible for the commercial aspects of multiple projects. You will work closely with more experienced Quantity Surveyors and mentoring and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for groundworks, plot works, remediation, and bulk earthworks.
