Duties & Responsibilities Manage a residential block portfolio in line with current regulations and lease agreements. Co-ordinate planned maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring compliance and documentation are up to date. Handle queries from leaseholders and directors regarding accounts, budgets and maintenance. Attend residents' meetings and AGMs, providing professional advice and updates. Prepare accurate property budgets and support major works projects, including Section 20 consultations.
