The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Management team in the delivery of a high-quality residential block management service across a portfolio of developments. The role sits between Property Support Advisors and Property Managers, with responsibility for handling building-specific enquiries, coordinating operational matters at site level, and supporting the delivery of property management services in line with management agreements, block leases, and RICS / TPI best practice. The role offer broad exposure to residential block management, including landlord and tenant legislation, health and safety compliance, maintenance coordination, procurement support, and customer service while developing the skills required to progress into a Property Manager position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Youll be expected to, amongst other elements of the role: Service Delivery & Query Management Act as a key point of contact for leaseholders, residents, contractors, and suppliers regarding building-specific management queries. Handle incoming calls and emails as overflow cover when Property Support Advisors are engaged or unavailable....
