As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be:
Managing and supporting a portfolio of 400+ properties Handling incoming calls and resolving maintenance queries confidently and efficiently Troubleshooting issues with tenants over the phone to determine urgency and next steps Prioritising maintenance works in line with company service levels Coordinating and allocating jobs to internal teams and external contractors Proactively managing maintenance workflows to ensure timely completion Keeping tenants informed with clear and professional updates Liaising with tenants, contractors, solicitors, and external organisations such as Citizens Advice or Shelter Accurately logging all activity on the CRM system and updating job records Raising invoices via Xero where required Dealin...
