About the Role
As the Assistant Project Manager within our Places Team, you will support the Regional Delivery Manager in executing transformative projects that align with our Group Strategy. You will be instrumental in ensuring that we deliver outstanding environments for our customers and colleagues.
What You'll Do:
Support the Regional Delivery Manager in managing and delivering multi-million-pound projects.
Assist in change management efforts, driving excellent outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including external third parties, to ensure seamless project execution.
Utilize your analytical skills to produce reports and data insights that inform project planning.
Employ risk management strategies to support project delivery within established cost, time, and quality parameters.
Contribute creative solutions and problem-solving approaches to overcome challenges.

Experience in a project/change management support role.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex data sets.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences.
