Assistant Planning Consultant - Greater Manchester, United Kingdom   JOB DESCRIPTION Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Assistant Planner to join our Manchester Planning and Development team. This role is ideal for students in their final year of university, or recent graduates passionate about urban planning and property development.
About the Team
As one of the UK's highly regarded town planning teams, we act as advisors on prestigious projects across many sectors, and work with some of the property industry's leading names.

Non-cognate candidates can pursue an MSc in Planning through the Planning & Development route, fully funded via the Apprenticeship Levy, while gaining workplace experience and completing their APC to qualify for RTPI.
Salary and benefits

Working hours
The Firm's core hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., and you may choose to start and end your day around these hours, provided you still do your 7.25 hours per day (e.g. 8.00 am - 4.30pm, 10.00 am - 6.30 pm). This position also involves out of hours working on an 'as necessary' basis.
