The Role
As an Assistant / Senior Town Planner, you will:

Support and manage a range of planning applications, appeals, and appraisals.

Work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders, providing clear planning advice.

Assist in preparing development plan representations and policy reviews.
*
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic planner who can bring strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have:

An RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification.
*
Full or working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
*
2-5 years' planning experience, ideally in consultancy.
*
Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
*
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
