About the Company



We have an exciting opportunity to work within our Skinnydip London Buying and Merchandising team.



About the Role



You will be assisting the Merchandiser across all aspects of the Merchandising function and maximising performance of our online concessions. We are looking for someone who is proactive, friendly and goes the extra mile.



Responsibilities



  • Review weekly sales reports identifying any trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor the progress of new styles, assessing under and over performing lines.
  • Half and Full season store analysis by grade, sales, size and location.
  • Responsible for continuity options; forecasting sales to ensure enough stock in business and stores.
  • Track intake & deliveries, to ensure smooth product flow across DTC channels, liaise with the warehouse to ensure the delivery schedule is maintained and to resolve any issues.
  • Liaise with Merchandiser and warehouse to discuss replenishment needs.
  • Responsible for commitment review by size, maximising sales through availability.
  • Take ownership and oversee the allocation of stock across all retail channels.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key retail partners, maximising sales opportunities for the business.
  • Develop trading strategies for Online Concessions to maximise performance.
  • Ensure promotions and markdowns are correctly actioned and maintained.
  • Ensure accuracy in merchandise systems by updating data regularly.
  • Maintain correct sizing, attributes, and inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manages the workload of the MAA and provide coaching where needed.
  • Working closely with Buying team, PR, and Retail.


Qualifications



  • Previous experience at Assistant Merchandiser level or Senior Merchandising Admin.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
