Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington is looking for an organised and service-driven Assistant M&E & Outlets Manager to support the operational delivery of meetings, conferences, and events while assisting across our vibrant restaurant outlets.
This exciting role focuses primarily on Meetings & Events , supporting the seamless execution of conferences, banquets, and private functions while contributing to revenue growth through effective upselling and strong operational support.
Working closely with the M&E & Outlets Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the events team and ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered.
During quieter event periods, you will also support the operations of our outlets, including Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen , ensuring service excellence across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and events
Assist in supervising the operational delivery of banqueting services
Ensure smooth event execution through effective team coordination
Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue
Work closely with the Sales & Events team to ensure seamless event delivery
Maintain high standards of guest service and operational performance
Support outlet operations when required to maintain service excellence
What We Are Looking For Previous experience within Meetings & Events or Food & Beverage operations
Strong organisational and coordination skills
A proactive and hands-on approach to service delivery
Good leadership and team support capabilities
Strong communication and guest engagement skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to support different areas of the F&B operation
