About the role:

LexisNexis is hiring an Associate Marketing Manager - Regional Campaign Activation to support the delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns across the UK and US. This is an individual contributor role within a collaborative global marketing team, working closely with regional sales and marketing partners.

The role focuses on bringing campaigns to life in‑market, using regional insight and performance data to improve impact. We welcome applicants with varied career paths and experiences who enjoy working collaboratively and delivering high‑quality marketing execution.

Requirements:

• Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for UK and US audiences

• Activate campaigns across channels such as web, email, paid media, webinars, and events

• Work with regional sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with local priorities

• Adapt global campaign assets to ensure they are relevant for regional markets

• Monitor campaign performance and share insights to support ongoing improvement

• Gather feedback from stakeholders to help refine campaign execution

Responsibilities:  

• Experience supporting or delivering B2B marketing campaigns in a fast‑paced environment

• Confidence working across multiple marketing channels

• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross‑functional teams

• Comfortable using data and feedback to improve marketing outcomes

• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

• Clear written and verbal communication in English
