As a Designate A manager, you will be supporting local centres within the area within a reasonable travel time.

Youll support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of everything we do.

Skills and experience Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety Excellent communication skills, verbally and written IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems A current valid driving licence Were in an exciting chapter rapidly growing our business with a focus on motoring services and electric mobility.
