Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support, motivate, and develop the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Help manage daily retail operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance

• Support the Store Manager with sales targets, profitability, and cost control

• Play a vital role in recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members

• Maintain high store presentation standards aligned with brand expectations

• Adapt to the fast-paced environment of a new store opening and peak trading periods

About You:

• Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles

• Strong team leadership skills with a passion for coaching and development

• Proactive and hands-on approach to supporting sales and operational excellence
