As assistant store manager you will two main priorities, driving and maintaining the standard of service across the store and supporting and developing your team. The back office and replenishment is managed by a separate team which means that you can be 100% dedicated to your team, their growth and wellbeing and be able to ensure the quality of customer service offered is second to none.
