Assistant Manager (live in optional)
As Assistant Manager, youll support the Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, youll ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you will lead by example making sure our guests, and teams, have a great time.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the pub team, including front of house and kitchen staff, leading shifts.
Ensure excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
Manage stocks and order supplies as needed.
Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the pub.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with staff training.
Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
Coordinate with management to implement promotions and events.
Requirements: Proven experience in a senior role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
