What You Will Do Lead the team on the shop floor with confidence and presence Create a positive, service focused atmosphere for customers and staff Support daily store operations while maintaining excellent standards Use observation and insight to drive commercial performance Champion strong customer service during high footfall trading Coach, develop, and motivate the team to reach their full potential What We Are Looking For You will come from a fast paced, high volume retail background and be comfortable managing busy environments while remaining calm, organised, and professional.
