As Assistant Manager, you are the person who brings that to life every single day.
Youll work alongside the General Manager to:
Lead high-energy, seamless services where the room just feels right
Support, coach and develop a team that people are proud to be part of
Create genuine connections with guests not transactions
Take ownership of shifts, standards, and team performance
Protect the vibe: music, lighting, pace, atmosphere the details matter
