Transaction Services Assistant Manager – London


I’m currently working with an established Top 10 accountancy firm in London with a highly regarded Transaction Services practice, as they look to hire an Assistant Manager to support continued growth.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing and busy TS team with consistent deal flow, strong private equity exposure, and clear progression prospects. The team works across a broad range of mid-market transactions, providing strong deal experience.


The Role

You will support financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side mandates, working closely with Managers, Directors and Partners while developing your own project ownership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
  • Support project management from scoping through to final report delivery
  • Analyse financial performance, working capital and key value drivers
  • Assist with report writing and presentation of findings to clients
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support business development activity and pitch work


Requirements

  • Strong TS/FDD experience
  • Confident Excel and financial analysis skills
  • ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent) preferred
