What youll be doing at Sticks n Sushi Youll assist the General Manager to ensure elevated hospitality for each guest in how you lead a shift, motivating, coaching and inspiring your fish. Youll support the General Manager to grow a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally. You will have the trust to make decisions, solve challenges and keep the good energy flowing.

Youll bring a real understanding of togetherness. A natural ability to support your fellow Strange Fishes. Youll show a flair for delivering personal touches to create memorable experiences for our Guests that take them away from the real world for a while.
