The Role:
Support the GM in running the day-to-day operation
Lead service and drive guest experience
Manage and motivate a strong FOH team
Support with rotas, standards, training and performance
Assist with commercial controls and site success

The Ideal Candidate:
Current AM or strong Restaurant Manager ready to step up
Premium, high-volume restaurant background
Confident leader, calm under pressure
Passionate about hospitality and service
