Located in the landmark Mountbatten House on Grosvenor Square, Clockwise Southampton provides serviced offices for start-ups, scale-ups and freelancers at a prestigious address without the inflexible contracts of the more traditional workspace. We are on the hunt for an Assistant Manager who is responsible for the support of the general manager and the location team and carries responsibility for a variety of tasks. The role demands strong operational focus with the ability to support/play an active role in the achievement of our sales and commercial objectives as outlined in the balance score card. Deputising in the absence of your manager and covering colleagues in their absence, our assistant managers have the skill set to manage all aspects of our buildings. Creat e a proactive , empowering and safe workplace for our colleagues and member through your contribution to our team and values adoption Achieve , with your team, the location s b alance score card objectives . Deputise in the absence of your general manager and provide support and cover as required within your location for periods of leave/absence from community and reception (where applicable) Build partnership /values driven relationships with our third-party service providers to maintain service level agreement (SLA) standards . Participate in the Clockwise growth strategy through sharing of leads, ideas and best practice and new location openings support Support the achievement of the locations occupancy and average desk rate targets (balance score card) through pipeline management and sales activities. Attend networking events to represent the organisation, cultivate relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Work in collaboration with our finance team to deliver reporting and accurate billing and debtor management process. Take part, as agreed with your general manager in regular routine of contact with your members. capture all feedback shared using the established channels including duty management log. Capture, report and escalate where appropriate all member issues, ensure progress/action is reported back to the member Manage relationships building suppliers/third parties in a professional and collaborative manor
