Salary: £38,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Location: London, W1K 3JP

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the café, deli and coffee bar
Deliver a high standard of customer service, working closely with front of house teams
Respond to client and customer feedback promptly, making improvements where needed
Ensure standards are met across quality, service and health & safety
Manage the hospitality operation, including events and pantry oversight
Coordinate with the Head Chef on daily menus and food offering
Support and deliver a range of events, from small fine dining to larger canapé functions
Lead, manage and develop a team of 9, including the kitchen team
Be hands-on on the floor, supporting the team during service while also managing systems and admin
Drive team engagement, performance and a positive team culture

Our Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on leader who leads from the front and is visible on the floor
Confident working with high-end clients and delivering premium service
Background in restaurant, café and hospitality operations, ideally with fine dining exposure
Passionate and proactive, bringing fresh ideas to drive the business forward
Strong customer focus, with the ability to respond to feedback and continuously improve
Organised and comfortable balancing day-to-day operations with events
A natural people person who can bring the team together and create a positive working environment
Good understanding of systems, alongside operational excellence
Solid knowledge of health & safety and service standards
Positive, hands-on leader who can motivate and support a diverse team
