We focus on serving up high quality, freshly prepared dishes every day and each of our pubs has an Assistant Manager that makes sure that their business consistently serves up delicious food and drink and a great guest experience.
You'll be responsible for working with the General Manager in managing and training your team to consistently deliver attentive customer service, whilst meeting businesses targets. Your attention to detail means that youre on top of every element of running the pub from front of house and kitchen, through to staffing, inventory, entertainment, local marketing and finance. Your prior experience in a Hospitality role, together with our training will enable you to thrive in this role and reap the rewards that can be achieved with a great business performance.
