Description

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist with cost analysis and variance reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax compliance.
Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance department.Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

Actively studying a relevant accounting qualification
Previous experience in a similar role within the accounting and finance field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
