We are looking for a skilled and reliable Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of our café kitchen. This is a hands-on role focused on food quality, organisation, and team support.
Salary: £28,000 per year
Service Charge: £6,000£8,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, approx. 40 hours
Working Pattern: 5 days per week, no evenings
Reviews: Salary reviews at 6 months and 12 months
Key Responsibilities
Support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations

Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management

Ensure food hygiene, health & safety standards are met at all times

Train and support kitchen staff

Deputise for the Kitchen Manager when required
