Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Essex Based

I am currently recruiting for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in Essex to work on a mixture of commercial, education and mixed use projects within London and the home counties.
Key duties will be - assisting with & leading on - sub contractor procurement, sub-contractor payments, producing CVR's, cost forecasting and helping achieve final account on projects. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on projects ranging between £1 to £10 million which are primarily D&B.
