Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across guest and colleague areas.
• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet hotel quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with Guest Operations and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and personalise the in‑room experience.
• Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and productivity to meet business needs and KPIs.
• Oversee linen and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock and proper controls.
• Ensure guest laundry services are delivered efficiently and to required standards.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback to colleagues.
• Support departmental budgeting, cost control, and preparation of forecasts.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and local legislation.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture aligned with company values.
