Salary: £50,000 + Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy boutique hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong rooms division background looking to step into a senior operational position.
Key Responsibilities
Support overall hotel operations with a focus on rooms division
Lead and manage large teams across front office and operations
Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
Oversee front office performance, processes, and efficiency
Support senior leadership with reporting and operational strategy
Drive team performance, training, and development
Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the hotel
About You
2+ years' experience as an Operations Manager or Rooms Division Manager
Background as a Reception or Front Office Manager
Experience within 4 star or 5-star hotels
Proven experience managing teams of 20+
Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office
