About the Role: Strategic leadership of Key Stage 2, including mentoring colleagues, overseeing curriculum delivery, and tracking progress. Play a lead role in preparing children for end-of-key-stage assessments, ensuring progress and achievement across the phase. Work closely with SLT to support whole-school initiatives, assessment and CPD planning.
