Main Purpose of the Role: Working alongside the Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership in teaching and learning, with a specific focus on the Complex Needs (Structured/Sensory) pathway. You will support school improvement, staff development, and curriculum leadership while promoting inclusion and high standards.
